Hi everyone, I am organizing a mini workshop for students of Year 8 to 10 on how to go about solving exam style word problems using my own problem solving methodology developed over the years as an educationalist and Key Stage 3 Maths coordinator, which is based on the pedagogical CUBES method and SBI (schema based instruction). This 1 hour long interactive workshop aims to equip students with a proven strategy to help them understand, approach and solve word problems.
