MENTAL HEALTH
In the pursuit of academic excellence and personal fulfillment, it is paramount that we recognize and address the significant impact of mental health on students, both on classroom and exam room performance, and on overall career aspirations.. Students are increasingly reported to be suffering from exam stress and maths anxiety related symptoms. Furthermore problems associated with low self esteem and poor motivation are often responsible for students experiencing difficulties establishing effective study routines and adversely effects the ability of students to develop effective and healthy relationships in the classroom.
By prioritizing mental well-being, we not only enhance academic performance but also contribute to the development of resilient, confident individuals equipped with the social skills necessary for success in the broader aspects of life. As a tutor and parent I believe in championing the cause of nurturing minds, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
